CapPro Program
This program is taylored for high level sportsmen and answers two types of specific needs :
- Recovery
These preparation or recovery stays proceed over 3 days minimal duration with at least 5 hours a day of medical supervision. These stays include :
MEDICAL CONSULTATION :- Evaluation of the physiological capacities (tests of effort)
- Evaluation of the muscular capacities (isokinetic tests) with ratio calculation
- Determination of a risk profile organic, muscular and tendineuse
- Track training (quality, endurance, explosiveness)
- Muscular reinforcement
- Stretching
- Training protocol for cardiac coherence
SPECIALIZED TREATMENT :
- Follow for chronic lesions and weak points
- Optimal muscular rebalancing and improvement of the risk profile
- Treatment/prevention of tendineuse pathology
- - Sedative techniques: massage, relaxation
SPECIFIC RECOVERY TECHNIQUES :
- Techniques of vein-lymphatic drainage (presso therapy etc.)
- Sauna, hammam, hydrotherapy and specific balneotherapy
